2nd Grader doing a Morning Workout

A King Arts 2nd grader likes to workout by lifting weights in the mornings with his Mom.  Below are pictures of him in action.  Lifting light weights can help build muscles, strong bones, and help prevent injury.  How do you stay fit?  Send pictures to Ms. Hendricks of how you stay fit!  hendricksk@district65.net
